- Do you accept returns or refunds?
I cannot accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed, unless there was a packaging error on my end (such as sending the wrong items). In the event that a package gets lost or damaged, please contact me with details about what happened and I will do my best to sort things out.
- Where does my order ship from?
This shop is based in Southern California, so all orders are shipped from there!
- What countries do you ship to?
My packages are shipped through USPS services, which means I can ship to most countries internationally! The cost of international shipping is a little high, so I appreciate your support very much if you are willing and able to purchase from my shop <3
- How are international fees and customs handled?
For international shipping orders, please be aware that you are responsible for covering any additional customs or fees that may be applied to your order. This is out of my control as it is under the jurisdiction of the receiving country's laws and regulations.
